Eyes: Eyes remain closed with focus at brow point.
Mantra: Chant this mantra on one breath, takes about 15 seconds.
Note: To chant this mantra correctly, inhale deeply, pull in the navel, and apply Mulbandh as you begin to chant. Pull Mulbandh a little tighter with each phrase. Exhale and continue.
Time: Repeat for 31 minutes.
